Frequently Asked Questions
Orders are despatched Monday-Friday. Most orders arrive in 1-2 days (Express Delivery), 2-3 days (Standard Delivery). International orders take 3-21 days.
Occasionally orders may be delayed due to unexpected delays in the postal system. All delivery times (excluding Guaranteed Next Day) are an estimate and not a guarantee.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday are despatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm and at weekends may be despatched next working day.
The vast majority of orders arrive quickly, but occasionally a parcel takes longer than expected. For UK orders please allow at least 14 working days, then contact us. For international orders, please allow at least 21 working days.
Some larger items are shipped directly from the UK warehouse of the manufacturer. These deliveries take a little longer, however most are dispatched in 3-5 working days via next day courier.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for Express Delivery orders. Standard Delivery orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. For some large/heavy orders we use DPD. International orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked or via international courier.
